ECB Training Services were heavily integrated across the Ichthys onshore LNG Construction Project at Bladin Point for INPEX since 2013. ECB Training Services is the only Indigenous businesses delivering training services to contractors operating on the INPEX site. As a result we have been engaged to provide specialist training and onsite assessments for the following companies.

The Metro Tunnel is a metropolitan rail infrastructure project currently under construction in Melbourne. It includes the construction of twin 9-kilometre rail tunnels between South Kensington and South Yarra with five new underground stations. The southern portal for the tunnel is to be located to the south of South Yarra.
Late Dec 2018, ECB Training Services entered into an agreement for the provision of site-based Verification of Competency Assessments across the entire project, including site specific, Nationally Accredited Training, High Risk License Training, Site Specific Training such as Permit to Work, Isolation Training, Spotter Awareness, Crane Awareness, and Self Rescuer Training.
The Metro Tunnel Project is due for completion in 2022.
The North Goonyella Coal Mine is a coal mine located in the Bowen Basin at Moranbah in Central Queensland, Australia. The mine has coal reserves amounting to 175 million tonnes of coking coal, one of the largest coal reserves in Asia and the world.
ECB Training Services - provide site based training services across the entire site. This includes but not limited to:

In March 2020 ECB Training Services were engaged by Ventia's Indigenous Employment Parity Initiative (IEPI) and Defence Base Services contract in partnership with the Northern Territory Government to deliver a hospitality pre-employment program. 20 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Territorians gained job-ready skills to forge careers in the hospitality and catering industry within Broadspectrum’s Defence Base Services contract.
The program was delivered over a five weeks period, comprising intensive classroom delivery incorporating hands-on practical experience in food preparation and handling, barista training and customer service.
With the support of the Department of Defence, the course was delivered on site at Defence Establishment Berrimah. Of the 20 participants, 14 were mature aged and many were returning to work after a period of long-term unemployment. 20 participants commenced and all of which completed the five week pre-employment training.
ECB Training Services has delivered several Aboriginal Workforce Grants programs that has successfully demonstrated appropriate mentoring to ensure Aboriginal Territorians gain greater access to jobs and support to develop their careers within industry in locations namely:
